I’ll try to keep it short, but essentially, I have been at Boeing for about 3 years and started a new, internal role at the end of last year.

It is a very challenging role, with not many people to go to for help, and on top of that my entire team is spread across the country. I feel very isolated and helpless a lot of the times as I struggle through things. Don’t get me wrong, I’m improving in some ways but it still feels like I am not a good fit for the role and the team is not a good fit for me.

What should I do to find a position that better fits me? Should I bring it up to my manager? Is it too early for me to tell?
