Grade 10 Alberta

So I’m a grade 9 student, going into grade 10 and all my grades are above 80% and enrolled in all 10-1s. I’ve seen people and heard from my teachers that math 9 to 10C is a huge jump? I do not know who to believe because I occasionally find math hard and easy although I’m currently sitting at a 84%. During the summer should I study math 10C just to be alright during the school year? To add I’ve been English schools my whole life until fourth grade, I was enrolled into a French school up to date. So I’m currently in a full francophone school transferring to an English high school. Many people told me to go to a French school but i decided on an English high school just for an easier transition to university (I’m also taking French IB to maintain my French as I do not speak it at home). I’m mostly scared for science and math as a lot of numbers may mess up my steps and science just as a lot of vocabulary and depth understanding. Social studies never interested me but this year curriculum is more about the gouvernent which is better than dates and back then. English, I might be fine in as I’m sitting at a 91% but I should up my vocabulary and understanding too which I might work on a textbook aswell this summer. I’m really scared for my future as I don’t know what to pursue and I have no idea but I know maybe somewhere in a science field? So overall should I study over the summer for a easier year or not worry. I would want to add I hate final exams with my whole heart, I believe they are meant for failure so no one can pass. They stress me out so much because I also do better on smaller unit exams then a whole units combined with no help at all as it’s basically just memorization. Thank you and I hope I get all the advice I need.
