Im from out of province, and my family has obligations at home also on the 31st we cannot work around.

Is it worth emailing residence to ask if we are allowed to move in even on the 30th that way my family can at least help move me in and drive back the same day to make it back home for the next day? The problem is it is a Sunday, but we have literally no other choice other than to move in early without missing a significant thing back at home.

Looking at the floor plan of the 3 bedroom unit, one of the bedrooms has an attached washroom.

If roommates are assigned #1, #2, and #3, and bedrooms are also assigned to roommates #1, #2, and #3, which one gets the attached washroom unit?

Also, say (in this case the attached room is #1) roommate #2 is assigned as #2 and #2 bedroom, are they able to be assigned as #1 and move into #1’s room after the fall term has started? It’s just moving/reassigning two people in a unit, assuming they’re both fine with it.
