The family is getting bigger

Hello, this beautiful winky wood pigeon is nesting on my balcony.

We are gradually adjusting to each other's presence. And since I always put out some food and water for birds I keep doing so.

I have a couple of worries: she is not eating nor drinking any water. Also, her partner while was coming to nest, now is never coming nor switching with her.

Is there something I can do to help her? Should I be worried about her not drinking nor eating at 40 Celsius degrees?

Thanks

Edit: wood pigeon instead of rock pigeon
