[TOMT] horror movie where a hand slowly comes from the bed and grabs a boy.
I am looking for a movie that matches the description of the title. I remember the tv strobes rgb lights after he is taken. When the cops come in they find the kid dead maybe he is a young to mid teen age. And there is also another shot of a little girl running in a dark hallway or basement and on the side of her is pipes and there is a silhouette of someone chasing her. It is more of an older movie maybe early 2000s.
