I get the 3 month service date cards so I haven't opened the app in the last 3 months. I had to add a new card today and omg, what did they do? I spent 30 minutes fighting the app trying to figure out where to put the stupid PIN to refill my service days that expire soon and I can't for the life of me find where to do it on the app. It keeps wanting me to pay with a credit card or something which I refuse to do. I had to go out of my way to fight with the website via PC to do so and even then the option to enter a PIN from a card was a complete joke to find. Where do I find this option in the phone app now? I don't need to worry about it until September again now but it would be nice to know ahead of time so I don't get frustrated again.
