can we please normalize this?

I'm fine with walking as long as we have a reliable covered walkway with shades because of how hot the weather is here

but the problem is bruneians are lazy and tend to walk very slowly, you can judge me all you want but I'm just telling the truth 😅

I mean I understand that we are not a fast-paced country where everyone is in a rush but come on at least make way for the people in the back

mind you I was waking across the street the other day to get to my office and the amount of people looking at me with a judgy face was concerning

recently my friend had been blackmailed by her ex boyfriend on telegram

he kept on threatening her saying that he would expose/post a video to her followers on instagram (which he had screen recorded before prior to their break up), including her family

my intention for this post is to make people aware of this kind of situation and kindly beg to not spread around any kind of video (if you receive one) from a random stranger that you do not know of or even from himself whether it be on instagram, whatsapp, tiktok, telegram, or any other social media platform especially threads and reddit, since we all know that once something goes crazy viral here the whole country would know

so again I would like to beg please do not spread any video around, and please do help by spreading this post instead to your friends, relatives, family, etc

this is is for the sake of my friend, her image, her reputation, and more importantly her mental health

she could lose her job, friends and especially her family

since the day she's received the text, she had been wearing a face mask everytime she goes out and always in fear whenever someone stares at her, especially if she sees them starts talking
