Hi so i will be registered to practise as a pharmacist in September roughly as I applied after receiving results, I managed to pass my 3rd attempt (june 2026) but since it has been 1year+ since i completed my pre reg training i have forgotten alot of stuff and have lost touch too so im worried to start working and not knowing anything, my revision notes also i havent touched since finishing the exam. Is there any tips from anyone who has been in the same position?

So thankfully passed my 3rd attempt this june 2026 but now on registration im stuck as im unsure whether to apply for the statutary change thing aswell as my birth certificate includes my middle name whereas all my other IDs i.e drivjng license/passport only have my first name and surname
