While Mamata's exit has sent the state into party mode for > 2 weeks now, is it true that Naveen Patnaik's exit was a sombre moment for Odisha?

No one I know from Odisha was apparently very happy about it, but considered it to be a kind of necessity since there was no governance roadmap after he departed office.

And honestly, I don't understand why he had to be removed in the first place.
