Residential noise levels
I’m sure this post will get me downvoted to hell but I would appreciate if people actually read it before deciding I suck. Does anyone else live near the Chabad house on Banks St (currently a paved lot with tents) and is frustrated with the noise? I’m not talking about the gatherings/parties they have, I’m talking about the singing outside late at night, any given night of the week. The frequency of it comes in waves, fall seems to be one of the busier times. Last night they were singing loudly until after midnight. I’m sure it is for some sort of holiday/feast and this is not a knock on their religion or community, have whatever kind of celebration you want. I just don’t understand why there is zero consideration of your neighbors in a very residential area. Even before they demolished the houses it seemed like all of the singing occurred outside. There’s really no point to this post, I’m not going to do anything about it. I’ve lived here for three years and am just getting frustrated by the lack of consideration, particularly on weeknights.
