H! I (30f) received the following TSH results from my GI doctor last September, and he recommended I get retested by my general practitioner:

TSH uIU/mL: 0.491 (scale 0.45-4.5)

T4,free(direct) NG/dL: 1.07 (scale 0.82-1.77)

I made an appointment with my doctor but he was not concerned. However, I'm reading online that TSH in this range should be concerning. Any thoughts/advice? Thanks.

Hi! I (30f) want to get off birth control, but every time I do, I get terrible acne and PMS. Does anyone know of a naturopathic doctor in the area that can run labs in the area that a regular PCP wouldn’t? Any and all recommendations would be great. Thanks!
