Honest thoughts on this lease?

I’m a first-time car buyer in NY looking at a 48-month lease on a new 2026 Ford Bronco Sport Big Bend (10,500 miles/year allowance).

The deal is $428.88 per month with $4,040 due at signing (includes first payment, ~$1,232 cap cost reduction, fees & taxes). Gross capitalized cost is $34,405, with a $500 non-cash credit applied. End-of-lease purchase option around $19,432. Does this seem like a good/solid/fair deal for NYC area prices and taxes right now, or should I keep shopping other dealers? Any red flags?”
