Baby is 6 months - think they’ll stay blue?

Dad’s eyes, mom’s eyes, baby’s eyes.

Baby is only 6 months old. Maternal and paternal grandmother also have blue eyes.

My cat’s back always smells yeasty.

I’ve been trying to search this issue and I haven’t found anything about cats smelling yeasty in the specific area my cat does.

It’s not his ears, it’s not coming from his butt, it starts from the middle of his back to his tail and it just always smells like yeast. His skin looks fine, he doesn’t spend a bunch of time grooming this area, the fur is shiny and healthy looking. Just can’t figure out what’s making him so stinky.

He’s a typical black domestic shorthair cat. So no dingleberries or anything on his fur back there.

Is this something that I should try and bathe him? I spray a deodorizing spray with probiotics on him when it gets too strong, but I wonder if bathing him would make the smell worse.

Anyone ever experience this? AI is flagging this as possible medical advice but I don’t think that’s what this is. He’s a normal and healthy cat. Just stinky. lol

Edit to add: I included a photo of my stinky man in the comments.
