What's the good answer to the question: Why have only Pakistani doctors offered you observerships?

I have a question regarding the U.S. B1/B2 visa appointment system.

I initially booked my appointment in Islamabad and have rescheduled it twice. I also submitted two emergency appointment requests. My portal now shows that I have only 1 reschedule attempt remaining. However, I can still see both the Reschedule Appointment and Request Emergency Appointment options.

Does the one reschedule attempt remaining refer only to regular appointment rescheduling, or does it also apply to emergency appointment requests?

Has anyone experienced a similar situatio? Please respond

I have a question about accommodation. Should I choose a hotel close to the clinic? And if I mention it, do I need to book it right now or only a few days before my visa interview?

Anyone who has recently filled out Ds160 form, I have a few questions to ask.

1- If I don’t currently have an observership invitation letter, do I still need to include the hospital and physician details, considering the doctor will provide the letter a few days before my visa appointment? If yes, then where should I put the details? Travel details section only asks the play you'll be staying.

2-For the close contact section, can I list any person I know in the US??
