I am a riichi mahjong player and currently learning how to play Hong Kong mahjong. When will a game of Hong Kong Mahjong ends? Is it the north round? And is there dealer repeat in Hong Kong mahjong? Currently I am learning Hong Kong mahjong based on the rules in Hong Kong Mahjong Association.

Is there any official rule documents for Hong Kong mahjong rule? I am a Riichi Mahjong player currently learning MCR and Hong Kong Mahjong Rule. I have found MCR official rule, but I cant find one for Hongkong Mahjong Rule.
