With both of these venues, I'm always stuck between going or just getting ready for work the next day.

Hello, I'm planning on teaching someone how to drive (they just got their permit) and need recommendations on relatively safe places where they can learn without feeling pressured (and have a lower risk of hitting anything). Obviously we'll start in an empty parking lot but they will eventually need to get experience actually driving on the road. Any areas good for that?
