I’m an artist by hobby, are there any art classes or groups in Lowell for hobbyists who want to improve?

So i’m going to be taking a flight at the end of this month and I’m booking an appointment at the Lowell RMV to get a real ID because I didn’t realize that I needed one. I would like to pay expedited shipping to get it as soon as possible. Has anybody ever had experience with this before? Hi, I’m looking at a used car at a dealership in Methuen, but they won’t allow me to take the car off-site for a pre-purchase inspection.
