Concerned my nose looks too big and projected underneath casting

I just went through an open rhinoplasty revision. I am 7 days post op. I won't be able to see it until 14 days when the cast is removed. I am extremely concerned at how big it looks underneath.

I completely understand there will be swelling but is it really possible this is all swelling? I saw Dr. Totonchi for this. This has been really hard on me mentally. He did not say much about it at my post op.

He said things went as expected and I had a lot of scar tissue. His nurse practitioner said it was likely swelling and theres no way he made it bigger.

NOTE: LAST PIC IS MY BEFORE NOSE (7 YEARS AFTER PRIMARY RHINOPLASTY) I also had lower bleph and fat grafting done at the same time as this current surgery

Cannot tell if this wig is too small for me. It's a hand tied lace front.

I got a small, I think a medium would have been too big. That being said, it feels very snug on my head. Doesn't move at all, if anything maybe it slides back a little but I think that could be fixed with a little glue at the lace. Also, wigs do stretch a little over time right? Maybe it's better to size down? Thoughts?

Also worst case there are ways to adjust it to make it fit better right?

Has anyone tried Prairie Fire Wigs?

Looking at purchasing a curly wig from them. Would be my first fully hand tied wig. Is it worth the investment? Is hand tied much better? How is their fit? Looking for any and all advice. I own some hair vivi and milano ponytail wigs currently. I want to spring for high definition hair but idk if I am ready yet.
