Thinking about opening a medspa in Austin — what do you wish you knew before starting?
I’m exploring opening a medspa in the Austin area and would love to hear from people who have actually been through the process. In particular if you are not a doctor or an esthetician.
I’m especially curious about startup costs, equipment (buy vs. lease), staffing, medical oversight, marketing, and which services were actually profitable in the beginning.
What would you do differently if you were starting again today?
