I take inspiration from no-till and permaculture gardening, and had this beautiful surprise show up in the community garden plot I managed, wow! What a treat.

I grew all of this in my home garden from the remnants of last years decorative pumpkins. They went wild this year and took over! I just put them out and they grew after the snow melted and soil warmed. Will be growing pumpkins this way now every year! Love trying out a little chaos gardening 👩🏻‍🌾

This year I successfully grew a three sisters garden for the first time! We planted the corn, and the pumpkin started by an old one we left out from last Halloween, and the beans were planted about three weeks later. I’ve harvested corn now 3 times! Definitely planing to do this next year too.
