I’m currently building a long-term language exchange project, and I’m looking for native English speakers who are genuinely serious about learning Chinese and sticking with it.

Here is how it works: We have native Chinese speakers on board who will be teaching Chinese and practicing speaking with you online. You will get access to 6-8 structured, carefully designed Chinese sessions every single week.

In return, all we ask is that you help our native Chinese speakers learn and practice English. To keep this community sustainable and high-quality, we need people who can contribute around 2 hours a week to the community.

I'm working on a small side project focused on English speaking practice and cross cultural conversation between Chinese learners and native English speakers.

The idea is simple:

instead of traditional English classes, we run live conversation sessions around topics like movies, daily life, culture, and interesting questions. The goal is to help people become more comfortable actually speaking English in real conversations.

Right now I'm looking for a few native English speakers who might be interested in helping shape this from the early stage.

No teaching experience is needed, just someone who enjoys conversations and is open to talking with people from different backgrounds.

If you're interested, I'd love to set up a short 1 on 1 call and walk you through how the sessions work and show you what a class looks like.

In return, I can also offer free Chinese conversation practice if you're learning Chinese or interested in it. And later on, if we get paying students, contributors can optionally take paid sessions with students directly.

I’m putting together a small Chinese English speaking practice group for people who want more real speaking experience.

We meet online and have guided conversation sessions in Chinese and English. Topics include daily life, culture, movies, travel, and general discussion.

The goal is to help people become more comfortable actually speaking, instead of only studying passively.

This is still very early stage and experimental, and it may evolve into more structured sessions in the future.

Right now I’m looking for a few native English speakers who are learning Chinese or interested in language exchange and would like to join the first sessions and help shape the format.
