Background info:

I wouldn't typically ask for actual medical advise on here but my surgeon is out of town for two weeks. I'm 3 weeks to the day post op which I know is when the internal suture start to dissolve and people notice an uptickin bleeding. When I had periods they were always light and I would use 3-4 panty liners a day back then. I don't know what qualifies as heavy bleeding as I never experienced it when I had periods. I contacted my surgeon regarding this issue 6am Friday morning but never got a response.

Problem:

I've been wearing liners again every so often but Thursday evening I completely bleed through it and had to switch to a medium pad. Anytime i went to the bathroom after 3pm ish, the toliet bowl would be pink-red from blood. At one point I watched blood drip into the toliet bowl and had a bloodclot the size of my thumbnail.

I put the liner on Thursday morning due to being able to feel that I was spotting and was the only one I had so i was stuck with it all day until I was able to get a medium flow one from a friend around 8pm.

Yesterday I had no issues but today I'm bleeding again and the toliet is slightly pink after I pee but I've not had another clot.

My aftercare instructions said to go to urgent care if I bleed through a pad within an hour or was experiencing heavy bleeding. I did not bleed through the medium flow pad and wore the liner so long I can't tell the time frame it took for me to bleed through it.

Does this count as heavy bleeding?

If it does would I be able to drive myself to urgent care or would I need someone to take me?

How do I explain it at urgent care since I am trans?

I'm having a hysterectomy tomorrow and am looking to sell some of the underwear I'm going through and have seen a bunch of mixed recommendations on how to go about doing so (especially with shipping). I know there's a pretty big market for period underwear but am unsure how transferable that is to a hysto but I'm free bleeding regardless.

I'm mainly wearing boxers for the time being and would be able to get some more fem ones if I found client(s) but am not too confident on how to sell them as most places have a pay wallet or join/processing fees and I don't anticipate selling long term. I'm alternative, have a lot of body hairy, a full bush and have a bubble butt however I'm also not quite sure how else to market myself or where.

Any advice or client recs would be appreciated.
