fitted clothing tips

i struggle with axillary hyperhidrosis( excessive armpit sweating) and its gotten worse of the past year😭
im a woman in my early 20s so i want to experiment with certain clothing styles and also want to wear body hugging tops/ clothing but i sweat through everything and get visible sweat stains on darker clothing too, it might seem a little silly in the grand scheme of things but it really affects my self esteem .
Does anyone have any tips on how to deal with this better?

do these actually work?

i want to wear open toes shoes and heels so bad but because of the sweat , my feet glide off the front and i look like a barbarian 😭😭
has anyone tried these? do these work? it says anti slip grip on it
