Just wondering what the cpc four days looks like and what you normally get up to and what to expect

I have my CPC in a month and was just wondering what females wear there. On the kit list they sent, it said to wear a polo shirt. Is it strictly polos only or will a shirt or blouse be okay? And what footwear did other women wear as well. Thanks so much
