Why is nobody applying for the most in-demand jobs?
I have gone through this community and others online, and what I have noticed is everyone trying to get into IT, Electrical and the other highly competitive Ausbildungs.
Germany already has enough IT professionals and a lot of them with masters and no job.
Why is nobody targeting the sector with the most critical shortage which is construction?
