What you'll be doing

• Setting up and operating 5-axis CNC mills
• Machining precision aerospace components to exact specs
• Loading, editing, and optimizing G-code/M-code programs

What we're looking for

• Solid CNC mill experience with program adjustments and tooling setup

This isn't a babysitting role. You'll own the full project lifecycle on heavy civil work — CDOT, FAA, municipal, and mainline paving — from pre-planning through close-out.

- Leading and supporting paving superintendents and field crews — giving them the direction, tools, and resources to execute

- Owning project safety — enforcing OSHA standards, running safety training, and building a culture where people actually go home safe

- Managing the financials — budgets, change orders, cost codes, purchase orders, monthly billing. You need to understand the numbers, not just the dirt

- Keeping documentation tight — daily reports, field/inspection reports, delivery tickets, subcontractor performance tracking
