I think it's a Lonestar or wood tick?

I think it's a Lonestar or wood tick?
I usually take a 1gm sodium chloride tablet at breakfast and bedtime. I ran out and can't get more today. I have no thinking power. What's how much like pink or sea salt should I eat to replace that???
Im so freaking exhausted. I just started briviacetam on top of my lacosamide (and metoprolol for pots) and all of these meds cause exhaustion on top of just my every day level of exhaustion from existing and parenting 3 little kids. I wish my husband understood how exhausted I truly am. He doesn't understand and thinks I just need to take an occasional nap or "figure it out" and then I just won't be tired anymore. I know I'm still adjusting to the new med and we'll lower the other one. But Ive always been tired my whole life lol. I have 3 chronic illnesses. I'm just frustrated and needed to vent. I feel so judged (even tho my husband doesn't actively judge me. Just my internal feelings).
Does anyone do anything to help with exhaustion? Can't do coffee or any caffeine as it triggers seizures + pots. I exercise 3-4 times a week. I sleep pretty regularly and get about 8-9 hours every night. I eat pretty decently most of the time. High protein veggies / fruit etc. drink a ton of water and electrolytes. dk if there's anything else I could do I'm just here and tired and that's my lot in life? 🥲
I know a lot of people on here are not seizure free. And I know there's a possibility to not get there. But I'm wondering for those who are. How long did it take to get there? It's been almost a year since I've been diagnosed and I haven't been able to go more than a month (less than that really) without seizures. They are mainly absence. With some myoclonic and nocturnal. I just started a new med in addition to the first. I'm just feeling really defeated after a couple weeks of clusters again. I feel so trapped in this. I would love the ability to drive again. (No public transportation here plus 3 little kids). Idk just curious what others experiences have been with getting to that place.
My doctor just prescribed briviact since I can't get seizure free on just lacosamide. Any positive experiences? Any side effects I should be aware of? I get suuuupper anxious starting new meds.
