[crabtree lake, NC] Encountered this at crabtree lake, beach side right near the shore, copperhead I guess
I saw this at my first visit to Lake crab tree in Raleigh North Carolina.
It was 7:30 pm, and this was right at the shore, of the lake beach side.
Luckily we saw it at distance and called our kids out.
Both my kids were playing right there.
Was it the copperhead and is it a rare sighting or expected?
How dangerous could it have been had the kids were still there?
