Discouraged

Hey! I’m a newer groomer I just started doing dogs by myself about two? Weeks ago. I hate sending home dogs that don’t look amazing but I also know I am new and it takes time to gain the skills and confidence needed, and to improve. I love my job and my dogs but I just feel like I’m not doing a good enough job, and I overthink almost every interaction with a pet parent thinking they hate it, as well as nitpicking myself on dogs and taking way to long on them trying to make them look absolutely perfect. I was wondering if there was any advice from more experienced groomers or things to improve that I can’t see? Sorry for the cropped and scribbled photos I have coworkers on here and I don’t want them recognizing me lmao

I’ve been grooming for a month now, a few days ago my right hand just stopped working/moving . My coworker said it was a had cramp. Is there anyway to prevent them? I’ve tried stretching and not having as tight of a grip but it’s still happening😭

I only buy the jet tickets with my butterfly’s now because it seems like the other stuff doesn’t do anything? The description doesn’t make any sense to me lol!
