Hey guys, I'm currently building a global marketplace MVP. I've done some research on payment processors and it seems Stripe Connect is not recommendable for countries outside of US / Europe. Another thing is that a lot of the posts I've been looking at for alternatives seem to be a bit outdated (>1 year ago).

Hey guys, basically I run an ecom store (based in the US) and I have 0 clue on how to do my taxes. I asked for some advice and the general advice I got was to just look for a professional rather than do it myself. Now the problem I'm running into is that I have no idea what makes an accountant qualified / fit for what I'm currently doing.
I guess I'd love some advice on how to screen for an ecommerce tax accountant, what makes them good, etc. Thanks guys.
Hey guys, not too sure if this is the right place to ask around but yeah I figured I'll try. So my store just suddenly spiked and hit $25k in sales this month. Honestly I've never seen numbers like these before as I've just been running the store as a side business. But I am pretty glad that I managed to capitalize on the sale spike while it was happening.
Anyways, since it was easy to keep track of my store before I've just been doing all the tax filings on a spreadsheet. Now that it's had the sudden spike, I'm considering getting an accountant but I'm still not too sure if I'm jumping the gun too early. What do you guys think? Thanks!
Over the last few weeks, I've just launched a multi-vendor marketplace for digital assets. The product has running smoothly except for one major thing, finding a payment service provider that works smoothly globally. I initially integrated Stripe Connect, but I'm getting a lot of complaints from my sellers outside the US / EU about a lot of limitations for their countries. And to be fair to them, I can't really expect them to go through a whole validation / limited registration process just for them to sell a $20 digital product.
Would love to hear out some marketplace payment provider that works globally without these restrictions. Ideally, I want something that just automatically handles fee splitting so my sellers can just get paid without all the technical bloat. But the main thing is just something that works smoothly across multiple countries / regions.
