The first week went well but the second week is hitting me. I have this crazy brain fog where my brain feels like its tired 24/7 and when I try to sleep I can’t fall asleep. When I sleep at night, I wake up early in the morning and can’t continue to sleep after. Anyone had the same?
I have quit more than around 5 times in the past with each time more than 3+ months of no nicotine. I kept relapsing. Now I decided to quit again, and 1 thing I realized is that nicotine is making you live on autopilot. After you used a zyn you just live for the next one.
