BAC water vs Reta
I want to take 2mg of reta, how much BAC water should I take with it? This is my first time with peptides. I am so confused. I need a ratio chart if possible because I want to increase in time. It is greatly appreciated!

I am a retail bakery manager for a large grocery store company. The first time I did management was from 2019-2021. I was assigned to one store for a long time. The job stress got to me and I decided to go to back to school. During my schooling, I realized I did not enjoy the major I chose and was once again, just chasing money and not happiness. When I stepped down the first time, I was a cake decorator. (I LOVE this position a lot)
When I decided to transition to management again, I applied as a traveling manager for bakery. I go to multiple stores in my district. When I first started the position, the job was genuinely fun and enjoyable. Sure, there were stressful days, but overall I found happiness. I was supplement help and covered manager's days off.
My old boss moved up, a new person took his place. My schedule went from relatively consistent, to having my day off switched. At first, they asked if I could switch once. I said sure. Now it's gotten to the point where I'm not asked. The only day off I have (I work 6 days a week, used to this unfortunately.) was the day my boyfriend is also off. He works 2 jobs so it's hard to make time. But we make it happen. Even if its only a few hours a few days a week.
I've been chasing money and not happiness. My old position, while I was paid less, I had such a better work-life balance and didn't have constant anxiety. Here I am, on my only day off and can't enjoy it because I don't know what I'm walking into tomorrow.
There is one store I go to and that manager is retiring soon. That one is highly highly understaffed. I basically run the department alone when I'm assigned to go there. The store manager is not understanding. I see the writing on the wall, I will probably be placed there long term once this summer is over. There are days when I just want to walk off the job. The second I clock in, it is non stop. When I am assigned to go there, people say I'm quiet and never smile. Its because I literally have no time to talk, and am constantly stressed. The work that is expected to get done is the job of 3-4 people, ontop of regular management responsibilities.
I am still assigned to my old store, but I travel. Is there any possible way I would be able to go back to being a decorator? Or is it just better to get a new job?
I know if I do this, I will have no chance to ever get promoted again if I decide I want to. I would be full time still. I've been with this place for 12 years.
tldr; I want to step down a second time. How can I do this?
