Dear r/traveladvice,

so, I was supposed to fly on the 28th from Siargao to Manila via Cebu with Cebu Pacific. They canceled that flight and rebooked me on two later flights the same day, arriving in Manila well after midnight.

I then contacted customer service via the chat on the Cebu Pacific website. They told me that the flights they had rebooked me on were no longer available and that I should instead take a flight on the 29th, which is far from ideal.

However, Google Flights and their own website still show the flights I was rebooked on as available, and there are also other flight options on the 28th.

Does this seem like some sort of trick to move me to the following day, or what would you do in this situation?
