Employee monitoring tool request by HR

Is there a specialised tool out there that lets us investigate employees for their activity on their computer, provide stats etc. Instead of compiling it from various sources, I am sure its possible via RMM, scripting etc but they want a good dashboard to look at whenever they want.

Example: exactly when laptop was turned on and off, How many total active hours of sales employees over zoom calls or team calls, browsing history capture and keep for 90 days,

Thanks in advance!

Looking for honest opinions from women over 40. Please be kind but truthful.

Looking for honest opinions from women. Please be kind but truthful.

A bit of background:

My wife and I have been married for 13 years and have two children. She is 45 and me too.

Wife is well educated, and professional managerial job and same here.

All according to me was going well other than I was too busy at work 8 am to 8 pm but did loved my wife flowers, kisses, whatever help I could do and also paid off my house from my savings - both of our names on the house.

She is an eye catcher, good looking and so am I.

We dated for 6 months and got married, she said she dated a guy before me who cheated on her.

My wife in general is very disciplined, always stayed with her parents till 33 years old before she got married to me. She is controlling, strong, regular gym goer, manager type and definately have ocd nature. Everyone says that not just me. But I loved her as I knew every women is different but at the end intention matters, she took care of me well - cooking, cleaning. She worked as well so I respect that. 2 beautiful kids 8 and 10 now.

About three years ago, I discovered she was having an emotional affair with another man - 18 years younger than her !!! She was 42 and him 25. When I confronted her, she broke down crying, apologized repeatedly, promised it was over, and said she wanted our marriage. She claimed they never met just phone calls, different city. I decided to forgive her.after tough few months. It took a long time, but eventually I believed we had moved past it. We also attended phycologist who helped us clear our communication etc.

The only thing she had against me is I got too comfortable, and didnt much help in the house.

I agreed and disagreed as I did help her as best I could, but anyways ...

About a year ago, I secretly overheard a phone conversation between her and the same man. They were talking badly about me, saying they loved each other, and having emotional and sexual conversations. It completely shattered me because I realized she had continued the relationship after promising it had ended.

I never told her that I heard that conversation. I know many people will question that decision, but at the time I was devastated and didn't know how to handle it. Since then, I've just continued living in the same house. Why ? I love the kids and scared of starting a new life alone at this age of 45.

She is madly in love with him I know that, although I am confused about their age difference and cannot understand what the hell my wife is thinking.

Over the past year, she has become increasingly distant. She sleeps in a separate room with the kids, rarely initiates conversations with me, and when we do talk it's almost entirely about the children or household matters. It feels like we're roommates who co-parent rather than husband and wife. She doesn't seem interested in rebuilding the relationship, but she also hasn't asked for a divorce.

I did tell her recently... " I know you are quite unhappy and I can see it. I am unhappy too. How can we improve things ? " ... You know she pushed me out the door and locked and does not want to give me an answer and do not want to talk about relationship at all.

She never initiate to talk, just transactional talks.

She just goes to work 8 am comes back 8 pm, weekend she makes plan etc to avoid staying home and take kids with her. As if she avoids staying home or facing me.

I just dont get it. I know I have played a nice guy game for a long time, but I am not sure how long I can survive this.

My questions are:

From a woman's perspective, what would her behavior suggest?

Why would someone stay in the marriage while emotionally checking out, its been 3 years ? Why hasnt she divorced me ?

If you were in her position, what would you honestly be thinking or feeling?

Is there anything you think I'm missing from her perspective?

Is she going to divorce me soon ? Or continue to live in seperate rooms until she and the young guy is ready to marry.

I'm not looking for people to attack either of us. I'm genuinely trying to understand what might be going on in her mind.
