Hi guys I'm really struggling to like mars hydro smart iController (not so smart) I'm unable to get the app to connect with the smart iController over my WiFi or ethernet, everything is setup correctly it's on 2.4ghz and I have also connected it via ethernet however no luck! the only way it connects is through Bluetooth and unable to connect outside of my house.

This is beginning to get very frustrating as the product are great but it's virtually useless if I can't control it via the mars hydro app! Please please help me fix this 😭

I have already verified:

Ethernet link is active.

Controller obtains an IP address via DHCP.

Controller connects to 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi.

Firmware is current (V4.4).

Factory reset performed.

Issue reproduced on multiple phones and both Wi-Fi and mobile data.

Hi guys 1st time user here I really need your help ASAP! I just received a bunch of equipment and I am trying to register an account on the app however whenever I try to request the verification code nothing happens, I don't get no email and I have checked my spam and nothing, I desperately need this to work is there anything I can do, I have emailed with no reply yet anyone else experienced this? 😭
