Ewan ko kung ako lang, pero pag may ganitong requirement auto-decline na ako. Gaya ng comment ko sa isang thread dito, I think it’s a scam. It’s impersonal and a tool used by recruiters to indirectly discriminate against candidates

I had better chances of getting hired or at least making it to the next stage when they didn’t have one-way video interviews. Tama ba ako o tama ako?
