I was trying to do a simple Dm add9 chord with the 57760 voicing, but Shreddage 3.5 Argent is apparently incapable of doing it. I didn't know why such a basic chord shape was impossible to register. No matter what I did, the high E that's supposed to be played on the open 1st string was not being registered. I tried polyphonic, forcing strings, forcing hand positions, doing strumming mode, everything. Then I noticed this happened on all minor 2nd intervals. Does Shreddage simply not support 2 notes one semitone apart being played simultaneously or?

Does anyone know if there's a way to make tremolo picked distorted guitars not sound like shit?
