Does anyone know a way to access a non-working phone to reset it or at least wipe my data off? My phone died this morning and for the claim I have to send it back. I'm uncomfortable sending a phone back with my data on it, even though it's not working. I didn't even have a lock screen pin set up, which was dumb of me. lol
I called Fi and they can't give an exception since they now use a 3rd party for claims. We have been with them 10 years, and this might be the reason we leave. 1st claim in the 10 years we have been with them too. Just sucks.
