Is too much fat now causing this gallbladder pain??

I think I've been eating too much fat. I make 14 lbs of ground beef in batches in pots on stove. I then mov the meat to metal strainers for a few minutes. I then put into freezer containers and freeze and then thaw when needed. But I have had a fluctuating thyroid it started out at 0.300 tsh and recently was at 9.400tsh. Ive read that a missed up thyroid will slow the bile flow and mess up your gallbladder also my gallbladder has been hurting everyday since I switched from carnivore diet to just Lion diet, I had an egg intolerance I didn't know about, but fixed it when I stopped eating eggs, but then the thyroid was already messed up and my gallbladder started hurting everyday. I have been adding 5-10 grams of the strained tallow to my meat every meal 3x a day for since December 2025 when I started Lion diet and the gallbladder pain started. Soo between th mesd up thyroid that I'm trying to fix and the extra fat my gallbladder has been in pain and causes me floating stools and diarrhea. Im thinking fixing my thyroid levelscand cutting out the added fat will eventually make th gallbladder stop hurting. What do you all think???

Can apple cider vinegar fix a gallbladder pain for good.

My gallbladder has been in pain since switching to Lion Diet and being on and off thyroid medication before that. Im now steady on Thyroid meds. I get another test in a week. It was 7.770 tsh last test. Currently on Lion diet with just Drained Ground beef, 3x a day, salt, water. Before that I was on Carnivore Diet for 414 days with Drained ground beef, 3 scrambled eggs, 3x a day, and salt and water. I have some bloating and gut discomfort, but no nausea, jaundice, or shoulder pain. I just have the gallbladder ache all day, everyday. I also have skinny, soft, floating stools. But I recently 2 days ago started castor oil pack with heat at night and a.c.v. before each meal. Its helping a bit with the pain. Is my gallbladder not that bad? Can it be healed/fixed with this protocol. I haven't had an ultrasound yet. I plan to. Will talk to my doctor about it after I get my lab results back for my thyroid next week. Anyone else experience this?? Any help, much appreciated.

I Don't want to remove it if at all possible!!!!

Gallbladder pain after not enough fat intake.

If your gallbladder started hurting after removing eggs from a strictly egg and beef diet, and I stopping synthroid thyroid medicine at the same time which resulted in higher hypothyroidism. Then now that im back on thyroid synthroid and I'm eating 15 grams of fat with my beef 3x a day, how long will it take to heal my sludge gallbladder of the pain it produces? It does seem to be getting better very slowly. Anyone else experienced gallbladder issues from removing fat from their diet?

Thankyou kindly
