Bikepacking in Jotunheimen or other areas?

My girlfriend and I are going to Norway this summer. Right now, the plan is to park the car somewhere and go cycling for 2–3 days from there.

Is there a round trip route or option in Jotunheimen to cover about 200 km over 3 days?

Do you have any other tips for similar cycling routes in southern Norway or on the same height as Jotunheimen? We are flexible because of the car...

How to pack correctly and prevent wobbling

Last weekend I was out and about for three days. Whilst cycling, I noticed a wobble in the handlebars. It was slight and mainly happened when I took my hands off the handlebars for a moment. It wasn’t too bad, but it was annoying. I’ve already had a look online and came across the following possibilities:

- The bike isn’t suitable

- The headset isn’t secured properly

- Poor weight distribution

I have the latest Canyon Grizl CF SL 7. This is designed for bikepacking, among other things, so I don’t think that’s the problem. The headset is securely fastened, no play. I’ve checked that. So now I think it’s mainly down to the weight distribution, as I haven’t really paid much attention to that.

This is how I had it set up:

- My sleeping bag (in one bag), sleeping mat, pillow, a pair of socks and two pairs of underpants were in both my front panniers on the front fork

- I had the MSR tent attached to my handlebars

- My frame bag contained my toiletries, two inner tubes, tools etc., a power bank and other cables.

- In my top rear pannier, I had a book, all my food, flip-flops, a seat pad and other bits and bobs.

- In my rear panniers, I had all my clothes, a gas canister with pans and shoes.

Now here’s my question. How do you pack your panniers? And what do I really need to bear in mind? I mainly see videos of people riding with a saddle bag, and that’s not much use to me.

Grizl vs. Endurace (now riding a Orbea Orca in 55cm)

I’ve been riding the Orbea Orca in size 55 for two years now. Despite two bike fits, I’ve never felt comfortable on it. I just can’t seem to get it right. And now my neck is starting to bother me again, especially when I’m cycling into the wind. It just feels a bit too long and the 90mm stem didn't help me either (I now have 100mm). The 90mm gave me much more pain and for multiple days!

I also ride a Canyon Grizl in size M. This one rides very comfortably, although I know it’s a different bike. My question is: to what extent can I compare the Grizl with the Canyon Endurace? Would this be close to my Grizl fit?

The Grizl has the following specifications:

Stack: 596 mm

Reach: 404 mm

Top tube: 581 mm

Stem: 70 mm

Handlebar width: 400 mm

The Endurace in size M has the following specifications:

Stack: 590 mm

Reach: 378 mm

Top tube: 553 mm

Stem: 100 mm

Handlebar width: 380–400 mm

The Orbea in size 55 has the following specifications:

Stack: 572 mm

Reach: 391 mm

Top tube: 560.4 mm

Stem: 100 mm

Handlebar width: 380 mm

Do I have weird sizes?

I recently did a Bikefit and this is the result. The bikefitter told me that I’m a bit off as it comes to sizes. Is it true? What do you guys think? Do you see any strange things?

And if you see this, what kind of road bikes will fit me any good?

I am 184cm with 91 cm inner leg length
