Sprott Physical Uranium Trust >10% Discount on NAV: BUY?

Sprott Physical Uranium Trust has been valued with about 8-10% discount compared to its NAV for a week or more. I'm contemplating if this is a no-brainer to buy if you believe in nuclear/uranium as a sector. However, I can't understand why these things are not arbitraged by the big players?

Interested in opinions on this buying opportunity.

Sorry for the rant but, lately I have encountered so many obvious smurfers in the ladder (people who immediately resign to lose ELO) and I can't find a way to report them?

This guy has over 4000 games with very obvious smurf behaviour, losing 200 ELO in 1 hour. I'm reporting these people but there seems like there is no moderating towards this behaviour. Just check people who is playing with doing the exact same behaviour.
