Dependent Care FSA Reimbursement - Discretionary Spending

Asked this in another sub, but thought it might be appropriate here as well:

I max out contributions to my Dependent Care FSA ($7,500) every year. I plan my monthly budget around not seeing this money hit my bank account, and I thankfully don't have any issues paying for childcare expenses. When I submit a reimbursement request, a physical check is sent to me to deposit in my bank account.

Because I budget like I don't have this money coming in every month, is it the worst thing in the world if I use the reimbursement checks for discretionary spending to treat myself (e.g., clothing, travel)? I max out my other pre-tax savings (401k, HSA).

TIA
