What exactly does dynamaxing do in this game?

Specifically. I'm prepping for what I assume to be a dynamax Machamp in the elite 4 in radical mode.

What effects does dynamaxing have in the Machamp? What I found on the Internet is that gains somewhere between 50-100% up.

Even attack wise I'm confused. It's stated attacks are more powerful, but then the strongest fighting moves would be 100base power?

How does immunity come into all of this?

And exactly does the dynamisation happen? Like mega stones at the beginning of the turn?

I now it's a lot of questions, but I've been looking for well over an hour now and I'm tired...
