Who has the guts to cut my bangs?

I feel like whenever I show a hairdresser the bangs I want, she will always just give me some that hit just below my brow. I ask for shorter, show the picture again etc., but it turns into that song about asking for more parmesan but being embarrassed after a while. “How about now?” “Uh still shorter please. They grow really quickly.” Repeat 5x. I have a cowlick, but I also have a good hairdryer that I am not afraid to use daily to tame them into place. I just moved here a month ago and tried one place, but came out with the same results as what would happen to me 1500 miles away.

TLDR I am looking for a hairdresser for a layered cut with textured, nearly micro bangs. Who do you love?

Would you do it all over again? ADU, or separate property? Easier to just long term rent out? Anyone use an updated / nice Airstream?

We have a long term rental property that currently generates profit. Not a ton, but enough that it can stay as-is until rates fall or we decide to make a change. It’s about 45 minutes away from us. We are moving to another state, and eventually want to sell it and have something closer to our new location. Of course, with taxes, we would need to invest in a new income property quickly after doing so. Basically we will have about $200,000 - $250,000 in profit to play around with sometime in the next few years or so. We would need the income to pay the rest of the mortgage, but would never be financially crushed if it sat empty here and there.

Does anyone have regrets about renting out an ADU for short term? It will have to be within 100 feet of our main house despite us having 4 acres. (Aware that the profits from current rental likely won’t be able to pay for this without paying massive capital gains, but entertaining this idea anyway.) Also possibly doing this with other funds and not the sale of current rental, especially if an Airstream is realistic.

Has anyone made the switch from renting to tenants long term into the short term rentals and regretted it? I believe we would have several areas near our home that could work for either. Being near 3 national parks and beautiful bodies of water makes me think short term is the way to go. Also love the idea of offering it to friends and family when we can.

Obviously I will do my research and already have an awesome realtor in my area. You are part of my research so thank you! Sorry I asked like 5 questions in one. I am a rambler. 😐
