Anyone interested in a beginner-friendly systems thinking study group?

I've wanted to learn systems thinking for a while, but I keep getting overwhelmed and don't know where to start.

I don't have a college background, but I've taken short courses in permaculture and agroecology, where I got a small introduction to systems thinking. I'm also interested in ecological economics and related fields.

I'm wondering if there's already a beginner-friendly study group I could join. If not, would anyone be interested in starting one?

I'm imagining something fairly casual but consistent:

  • Following a structured learning path together
  • Accountability to keep each other on track
  • Discussing ideas and asking questions
  • Brainstorming and sharing resources
  • Even just body doubling while we study

If something like this already exists, I'd love to hear about it. Otherwise, let me know if you'd be interested in creating one.

Adhd supporting therapies, lifestyle and supplements without medication

I am 28 and i have been diagnosed adhd last september by clinical psycologist,

I have been to one psychiatrist (who thinks if i din't had hyperactive symtoms till age of 7, i am not adhd) they asked for blood test of b12, vit D, ferritin, cbc and blood glucose. I still have to take these test.

i have been taking these for 1 weeks

  1. omega 3 fish oil (100m mg dha =epa)
  2. b12 - 1500mcg every other day
  3. b complex every other day
  4. magnesium glycinate 150mg elemental
  5. 200mg l-theanine-100mg caffeine twice daily
  6. 3-4 cups of half chai

started taking zinc l-carnosine last 2 days. and thinking of starting pure l-carnosine later.
i just want my motivation to come back, reduce brain fog, fatigue and irritability.

My main issues are low motivation, brain fog, fatigue, and irritability. I feel some days (like every other or third) are bit better, but it's hard to tell what's actually helping.

What helped you the most with motivation, mental clarity, fatigue, or ADHD symptoms? Did any supplements, lifestyle changes, therapy approaches, or medications make a noticeable difference?

Anyone in Jodhpur interested in a Study Circle.

I've been thinking about starting a small reading and discussion group in Jodhpur.

Topics could include things like:

  • Society and social issues
  • Environment and sustainability
  • Climate change
  • Economics and alternative ways of organizing communities
  • Personal experiences and challenges in modern life
  • Any other interesting ideas people want to explore

Nothing formal—just people who enjoy learning, discussing, and exchanging perspectives.

Would anyone here be interested?

What topics would you want such a group to explore? And would you prefer meeting offline, online, or just starting with discussions here?
