My first incubator hatch (middle) roosting with her mom and dad ❤️

My chicken has been unable to stand for a couple weeks. She is not paralyzed and her legs are actually pretty strong, but she can only sit on her butt like that. Any ideas? I have been keeping her in a sling and taking her out sometimes to check if there is progress. She eats and drinks well.
