I got an email telling me required repairs to my bathroom plumbing require me to leave my apartment, including my two dogs, for ~10 days. All they are offering me is a rent credit for those days. No offer to put me in a vacant unit or hotel or anything. The need for these repairs are not my doing. Could use some help on determining what my rights are here.
