ARF vs VSF GMT-Master II "Pepsi" — Side-by-side comparison
Hey everyone,
Got two Pepsi GMTs in hand today, so I thought I’d do a quick side-by-side QC comparison between the ARF and VSF . So let’s break down the key differences.

Hey everyone,

Hello everyone,I'm Noah
Just finished QC on these 5 new pieces and I’m curious: if you could only take one of these home, which one would you grab first?
From left to right:
GMT-Master II “Batgirl” (Jubilee)
Submariner 41mm Black
GMT-Master II “Blackout”
Submariner “Hulk”
Rolex Datejust Green Dial
All these are ready to ship, but I want to hear from you:
·Which one has the best finish in the photo?
·Which one do you think has the most hype right now?
·Is there any QC detail you’d want me to zoom in on for any of these?
Drop your pick and thoughts below — let’s talk!
Hey everyone,
Sharing the QC photos of my latest Pepsi GMT from VSF Factory, and would love your second opinions before I sign off on it. This is the Jubilee bracelet version with the iconic red/blue Cerachrom bezel.
Breakdown of checks:
· Red/blue color split is sharp and aligned perfectly at the 12/6 o'clock positions.
· Numerals are platinum-filled with crisp, clean edges; the triangle at 12 o'clock is correctly shaped and centered.
· Rotation clicks feel solid (24 clicks total) with zero backplay, matching the genuine action.
· Black dial with applied hour markers is well-centered, no misalignment or lume bleed visible.
· Text printing ("ROLEX", "OYSTER PERPETUAL DATE", "GMT-MASTER II", etc.) is sharp, evenly spaced, and matches the correct font weight.
· Date window at 3 o'clock is perfectly aligned with the cyclops lens, magnification looks accurate.
· Red GMT hand is bright and correctly positioned, no color fade or misalignment with the hour track.
· Polished case sides and brushed lug surfaces look consistent with the genuine finish.
· Jubilee bracelet links are well-finished, with tight tolerances and no visible gaps between links. The bracelet is wrapped in protective film as standard, so full clasp details aren't visible yet.
· Crown guards are properly shaped, and the triple-lock crown aligns flush with the case.
Overall, this looks like a solid build to me, but I’d love to hear what you guys think. Any red flags I might be missing? GL or RL?
Thanks in advance! 🙏
