Here’s 4 mainly original ideas to buff lucio that aren’t just tweaking numbers :
- Make Lucio able to shoot while casting amp
- Make Lucio’s aura bigger when riding walls so it’s easier to heal/speed teammates because that’s where he’s supposed to be
- Remove the reduced self healing so lucio can be more present
- 250hp so you don’t die to random crap

Blizzard should straight up remove the beat perk so they can revert the boop and dmg change and add this as his second minor perk
Why is Lucio 225hp, has the slowest heals in the game, nerfed ult when it was the strongest thing he had, nerfed boop when kiri has 250hp, smaller hitbox, more damage, more healing, better ult, the best movement ability in the game and a mini lucio ult on cooldown ?
This game is unfair just nerf the broken perk that Lucio has and rebuff the rest of his kit.

I know it depends on comp and rank but let’s say I’m playing Lucio at a master level in a dive comp on a flashpoint map.
What should be my heal speed ratio ? Most of the time I end up at around ~55-60% speed ~45-50% heal.
Is it the right ratio to have ?
