I think I'm lactose intolerant, any advice?

I have had a thought about this for a little while but tonight made me strongly consider being lactose intolerant. Every morning for breakfast I make myself a bowl of readybrek (instant porridge) and by the time I get to work (a couple hours later) I need to go to the toilet and my stomach is rumbling so much. Well tonight we had Mac and cheese for dinner and I've been farting so much and they smell really bad, my stomach has been rumbling and in so much pain it's been hard to get comfortable, and it felt like my insides just exploded when I went to the toilet.

I'm going to try cutting out dairy for the rest of the week to see how I feel. Should I also go to the GP if I think I'm lactose intolerant? I'm from the UK so anyone who has gone to the doctor about it would be really helpful if I should do so.

I'm going to London on Sunday for BST Hyde Park! I have some questions

As the title suggests, I am going to Hyde Park to see ATEEZ! I am so excited as this'll be my first festival and I can't wait! What sort of bags are people bringing? If you have any links to Amazon or anything where I can order one that'd be great as I am struggling to know which one to get. Also, is anyone bringing freebies with them? I may bring some but I don't wanna be the only one lol. I don't actually have anything ATEEZ that I can bring (just Stray Kids as they're the group that got me into K-pop).

If I've posted with the wrong flair please let me know so I can change it.

Ateez at Hyde Park London, should I go?

I have seen that ATEEZ are going to be at BST Hyde Park London this year. I have wanted to see ATEEZ live ever since I saw them in the cinema last year. If anyone has been in previous years would you say it's worth going? Do you have any tips if I do go? How exactly does it work and what is it? I assume it's like a festival with different acts going on at the same time? Should i stay overnight the day of and go home the next day or get there the day before and stay overnight that day and go home same day as the event? I've never done anything like this, my first ever concert was Stray Kids last July.

If I need to put a different flair with this post please let me know and I will edit it.

Is my brown bread dough overkneaded?

I am making brown bread and I think my dough is over mixed. It's really sticky. I attached a video of the dough so you know what it looks like and how it's behaving. The recipe I used is from "The Science Of Baking" book by Matt Adlard "make your own tin loaf, wholemeal". I mixed it for 7 minutes and the dough felt very warm:

360ml water

200g white flour

300g wholemeal flour

12g salt

7g instant dried yeast

5g caster sugar

25g cold cubed unsalted butter

I did a 2X batch as I want to make 2 loaves. If this is over mixed is there anything I can do to save it? If there isn't, what can I do with it instead? I really don't want to throw it away if I can make it into something edible.
